The first time I came I had a vague idea of what I wanted, hoping for further advice and assertiveness, and she made sure to listen to all my thoughts, make suggestions, and still allow for last minute changes as we went along. Many hairdressers have not impressed with my last minute requests mid-cut, but Sophie was so happy to accomodate so that I loved the cut I walked out with, and I absolutely did. She is gentle and attentive when cutting, without racing through or putting on a show. It was a genuine & enjoyable experience, and my second time back was just as nice.
