Lauren Fowler I’ve trusted Melissa with my hair since she was an apprentice, she has always worked her magic - not only reading my mind in what I’m after for cut and colour but then going beyond that with her professional skills, experience and intuition to take it to the next level and give me exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Hilary has done my hair several times over several years also and the experience has always been the same. I recently had Ella give my hair a much needed refresh and it was an excellent experience all round. Usually high end salons make me feel self conscious and like I don’t belong there, but Melissa and Hillary play a different ball game, always making everyone feel welcome and treating everyone with such care and warmth. What Melissa and Hilary have created at Matteo Cappelli is something truly special and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Xx

Tanya Hulbert Vacationing for a month in Australia from Canada and needed my roots done! Popped in and Isabella was able to fit me in! Not only did she do an excellent job covering my grey and popping my blonde but she also did it so fast and with an amazing blow out to finish! Hats off to Izzy the receptionist as well who was cleaning every square inch of that place! Highly recommend

Nicole Dimarakis Jessie did the most fantastic job colouring my hair! Ive been very picky in the past with how my foils and balayage are done and Jessie totally nailed it! Ive never been so happy with my colour as I am now. Jessie is extremely professional and experienced and is so kind and welcoming. She was also very easy to talk to and helped me make my decisions about my colour and her salon is just gorgeous! I highly recommend Elysian Hair :)

Cassi Catsaros Amazing salon! I had my hair completely restyled with balayage and I’ve never been so happy with my new colour. Karley and her team are incredibly kind, professional and talented. They took the time to speak with me about my wishes and were very precise! Shout out to the amazing Laekana who did my hair colour, a truly talented and wonderful woman! Yvonne Guzman Ive been seeing Nicole Hudson in Caringbah for just over a year now for my colour, cut, and blow drys, and I honestly wouldn’t go to anyone else. Shes lovely, down to earth, and genuinely knows her stuff. Nicole always takes the time to understand exactly what I want, and I walk out of the salon feeling confident and refreshed every time. Her products smell absolutely divine, and the whole experience—from the wash basin to the styling chair—is relaxing and professional. If you’re looking for someone local who really knows hair and makes you feel at ease, I can’t recommend Nicole enough.
