1 /5 Funda Aykan: I booked an appointment in person for my mother-in-law at 5:00 PM today. She arrived exactly on time and waited 36 minutes outside, but no one ever opened the door. The front light was off, but the back light was on, and there was still hair on the floor.. clearly, the salon hadn’t been cleaned yet. It was obvious someone was inside, but they simply chose not to answer. I called multiple times with no response. This was especially frustrating since the appointment was confirmed, and the salon is supposed to be open until 8:00 PM. We were left waiting with no explanation or courtesy. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect for a client’s time is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place

5 /5 Danielle Hadddad: I am so over the moon I found this salon. I spent years and years trying to find a hairdresser who is great with blonde and can achieve the look I desire. I have been to so many salons over the years. Dany is so great, she listened to what I wanted and completely exceeded my expectations. Not only was it time efficient but from the momemt I walked in there i felt so comfortable and welcomed. I have 2 kids at home and never get to truly unwind but the salon was so relaxing. It wasnt crazy busy or overbooked like other salons where I just cant wait to get out of there. It was such a relaxing experience from the moment I went to the momemt I left. I am in love with my colour and my hair felt so healthy which never happens after bleaching. The products were gentle but so effective. I really couldnt fault this salon and on top of the fab experience it was so reasonably priced. I am so grateful to Dany for the best experience. Thank you so much

She listened to what I wanted done and achieved it to a tee. Would recommend this salon to anyone looking for professional service. It is a vibe.
