You can tell that they truly care - treatments personally tailored to you, massage included in treatments, excellent value for money, no upselling, genuine customer service. And the facials dont just feel like facials here, they feel like proper health care. Super recommend! The boss lady is also a really sweet person.

I find my beautician Win very experienced and professional. I fully trust her to choose the right treatment for my skin each month. The principal Caryn is always keen to take good care of her clients in our skin care the best she could. I really appreciate that too. The atmosphere is relaxing and very comfortable and their hygiene standard I am really happy with too. I really would love to recommend this beauty salon to everyone who likes to make sure their skin is well taken care of.

I know Caryn and her team very well, and I have always been impressed by the consistently high quality of service I receive. Caryn has created a welcoming and professional environment at the clinic, and its clear that she takes pride in delivering high-quality service and that makes you very comfortable and relaxed. Caryn designs the treatment program based on individual skin type. The staff members are all highly skilled and knowledgeable therapists who go above and beyond to ensure that every visit is a positive experience. My skin has improved a lot since then and looks young and healthy. I have been treated by Aiya recently, who is a wonderful team member and always gives consideration to customers, her technique is excellent. The other two staff, Cathy and Win, are also friendly and professional. As a long-time customer, I have also appreciated the variety of service and packages available, which allow me to mix and match treatments to suit my specific needs and budget. I would highly recommend them if anyone wants to pamper yourself after work or on the weekend. That gives you a truly refreshed and rejuvenated feeling and exceptional beauty experience.
