My hair had been feeling dry and damaged, but after trying their hair care services, its never looked better. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and recommended the perfect treatment for my hair type. They used high-quality products and techniques that left my hair feeling soft, shiny, and rejuvenated. The salons ambiance was also quite relaxing, which added to the overall experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. 5 /5 Jeff L: I’ve been coming here for cut, bleach/tone. The team does an exceptional job in every steps, especially Kandi. The styling is perfect, always choose the best toner for the hair. One of the most professional hair salon I’ve ever been. And the pricing is very fair. Would definitely recommend for any hair related work.

2 /5 Zizi Zuo: The female staff with medium black curly hair gave an unprofessional service today. She took half an hour on washing my hair but it felt like that she didnt put enough strength or thoroughly wash all areas (even I told her to). Then she only took 5 min to trim my fringe and long hair before starting blow-drying and styling. But these were not the reasons that I want to give a 2-star here, its because she accidentally burnt my scalp during blow-drying..! Said she has been here for half a year. So careless and unprofessional, even though my friend recommended this salon but I wont visit again as they dont train their staff properly.

1 /5 Jamie: I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for several years and have always had great experiences. My previous hair stylist doesn’t work here anymore, so I’ve had two sessions with a female hair stylist, and while the first was okay, my most recent visit was disappointing. I requested a specific cut that I got from last session and suits my work needs, but she insisted on making changes based on her own preference, which resulted in a style that doesn’t work for me. Additionally, when I asked for a side hair for a few times (which I’ve had before), she refused, saying her style was better. On top of that, she was overly pushy with selling products, repeatedly trying to get me to use a hair straightener even after I said no multiple times. She also insisted on applying hair spray despite my refusal, and I had to raise my voice to get her to stop. While I appreciate professional advice, a good stylist should listen to the client’s needs rather than forcing their own preferences. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning. I hope the salon maintains the great service I was used to in the past.
