1 /5 Steven: Went for a basic side and back trim. The most simplest of cut. Told the girl exactly what I want (number 2, blend it in with the long hair on top which Im trying to grow longer) and asked if she could do it. She said yes, but red flags were waving all over the place when she was hardly touching my hair with the clippers, like she didnt know how to use them and had no confidence with herself. Then she lifted my top hair up and pinned it up with a clip, and started giving me a slight undercut and I complained. Then she tried to use the clippers with a comb, but cut both sides at different heights and different length, and the 2 sides were not even and a different shape (1 side was straight up and the other side was rounded away from my head. I complained again that it wasnt even. She then tried to have another go with scissors and still no good. Then she said she needs to wash it to check, so she washed and dried it but it looked worse, then she tried thinning scissors and still not even. She called another girl across who gave some advice but then walked away and packed her things and left. So she tried again to make the sides looks the same and I was over it because she clearly had no idea. She told me its a number 3 (what a joke, she had no idea, see the photos of how terrible it looks and how long pieces of hair still are).
I left and looked closer in the mirror when I got home and it was so terrible and I was really angry, so I went back and asked the girl does it look even? You havent even cut the sides properly with the clippers, and she didnt know what to say, and just said it looks even. She obviously is not a real hairdresser if she thinks this is a good job. I just walked out in frustration because she wasnt willing to listen or fix it. Check these photos from straight after I got the haircut and make up your own mind.
Guys, dont risk trying this place.
