1 /5 Alyson Curien: Really disappointed. She did a quick and messy job. She made me paid $10 extra because I didn’t do the previous sns at their salon. And after only a couple of days you can really see that the nails have different shapes and the finitions are terrible.

5 /5 Lorraine Jones: They looked after my damaged nail very efficiently. Were most helpful with my questions and Katie was lovely in her follow-up. Would definitely go back if I lived here but I am only here for a few days from Brisbane. Will be trying to drop in for a pedicure, time allowing. Thank you girls. I had my pedicure and manicure yesterday afternoon and am very happy with the result. Kelly did a lovely job of my nails. Katie and Kelly made me feel very relaxed. 1 /5 Pip Dracakis: Terrible experience- second time in a row. I used to come here a lot when it was Jasmine Nails and never had an issue, but since the change of hands, sad to say, I’ve walked away so disappointed and infuriated. 3 hours for an SNS nails appointment where the trainee who was incompetent needed her colleague to finish the job. She tried her best to fix it, but the product was applied so unevenly and so thick, the cuticles still messy and the finish grainy. Why are your trainees learning on customers? The new owner or manager needs to revise her business model. It’s unfair putting your staff in this position. She felt stressed and bad that she didn’t know how to complete the job. I’m sorry I won’t be coming back.

5 /5 Katie Jones: Have loved finding my new local nail spa. Very friendly and accommodating to my nail art requests. Lots of love and care put into their manicures.
