1 /5 Janice Wei: “I didn’t have a very good experience this time and won’t be returning. I was charged $30 for just a trim on my son’s already very short hair, which feels unreasonable, especially since one part was over-cut, leaving hair missing. For my own haircut, while the hairdresser was lovely, the pricing seemed inconsistent and unclear—different people charge different amounts each time, which is frustrating.

5 /5 Olive Li: I have been coloring my hair here for many times. I always booked Emily the hair dresser. Emily is always very patient and understands what I want. Other staffs in the shop are also very friendly. I like my new color Emily did today. Happy with the service.

1 /5 Victor Chen: Went in yesterday to get my nephews hair styled for he’s birthday but was reluctantly and impatiently served by the tall dude with glasses. Showed him a picture of the style we wanted and asked him three times for the same style but in the end got a super fast, sloppy trim instead. For $30 we could have got a trim just about anywhere. If you cannot style just say you can’t do it, it’s not difficult!

5 /5 Patricia N: Through word of mouth, I decided to try out Jenny House (friendly Korean speaking staff) with my sister and my adult daughter. Ian did my haircut exactly as I had wanted. He was professional and efficient. Cindy did my daughters haircut and showed her some photos she had Googled: photo #1 is from Google, photo #2 is her haircut and photo #3 is the colour my daughter wanted (like in the Google image). Cindy did exactly as she had requested and my daughter was SO happy with it she decided to stay and dye her hair on the same day as she felt confident that Cindy would do a great job. Ian was good with his English and was very friendly and my sister was able to describe what she wanted. We were VERY happy with Ian and Cindys professionalism and they have great advice. We have made further appointments for a hair treatment and Colour with Ian and Cindy. I highly recommend Jenny House. Im unsure of previous 1 star reviews (I suggest bringing along clear pictures to show them perhaps). I know both Ian and Cindy can provide great service. Overall, a lovely, clean, comfortable place to get pampered.
