I have never experienced a hair artist like Romain. I came to Kawada after desperately trying to find someone to fix the disaster I had on my hands - my hair had been terribly coloured and cut by another hairdresser and was at least five different shades of brown and black. From the moment I made the appointment three weeks ago to the moment I walked out this afternoon, I can honestly say I have never felt more confident about who I had chosen to be my next hair stylist. Romain is next-level talented, calm, caring, and incredibly talented at what he does. I walked in today feeling very deflated about what I looked like and left after two hours feeling like I was my old self again. He sat with me at eye level, which was very calming, and talked me through every option I had to fix what I had on my hands. He gave me every single option and explained them all in detail. Then came the cut - WOW! Ive never felt more calm with anyone cutting my hair. His precision and expertise were next level, the most impressive display of hair cutting Ive ever seen. I was seriously impressed and felt very calm for the first time in almost a year with my hair. The whole team was kind and welcoming, no one pushed me to talk too much, and they just let me be since I was extremely anxious. They checked on me multiple times to make sure I was okay with everything, and overall, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. I have already made my next appointment.
