Management contacted me after posting this review via phone and email. We made a new appointment to straighten this unevenness out. Again: staff is all very friendly and forthcoming, no negative comments on that!
The haircut itself was straighter than it was before, yet the ends were still uneven. (The middle part was cut higher than the side/ends) See added photo with the blue Tshirt as reference.
Everyone is very kind at Kayo, the fact that management took the effort to contact me shows true ownership. I am sad to say though that I do Not recommend this shop for anyone that has European hair.

I chose Kayo for my hair appointment due to the good reviews, unfortunately my experience is a little different.
I came in on friday to see if they had availability and on the spot then and there made an appointment for Monday afternoon. The costumer service regarding the making of the appointment and trying to accommodate me was great. Sadly the lady that cut my hair, has cut it unevenly. (See photos)
I told her prior to the appointment how I wanted it and it was pretty straightforward. One straight line on the bottom and then the bangs on an angle down. No layers, no colouring, no hair dyes, no nothing else. My hair was freshly washed before the appointment and I came with my hair up and knot-free for the appointment. During the cutting she already had to redo the right side due to it being uneven, so I hoped that after she "touched it up" it would have been done right.
I am a little disappointed now since I am walking around with a straight, but uneven line at the back. It just looks funny and I am not happy with how this turned out.
