Kaitlin Saxon Absolutely, the best hair company. Berna is a gem! She goes out of her way to make your experience so memorable and the hair styling is so gorgeous. We hired Berna and her team for our wedding in August, I cannot fault them. She created our styles off images sent for inspiration and I have to say the hair turned out so much more gorgeous then I had planned. Berna made the process so seamless from start to end. She is so caring and supportive, going above and beyond to make us feel beautiful. Dont search any further when looking for wedding and event styling.

Priscilla Tang Amazing First Visit – Exceptional Service! Had my first visit to this salon, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the impeccable service from Christine and her team. From the warm welcome to the little thoughtful touches—like offering a cushion, coffee, and snacks—they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Unlike other salons where I’d just be told to wait, I was attended to immediately with a hair wash and help with my bag and coat. I signed up for the Shiseido permanent hair straightening, which took five hours, and I was truly impressed by Christine’s expertise. You can instantly tell the difference when she works with scissors—her precision and attention to detail are exceptional. If something isn’t perfect, she’ll redo it without hesitation. The team even stayed late to ensure everything was done properly, and the results were absolutely worth it. I’m beyond happy with my hair and have finally found my go-to salon in Sydney. Highly recommend!

Romi Nui I recently visited this hair salon, and Im extremely pleased with the results. The haircut I received perfectly matched the hairstyle I requested. Additionally, the hairdresser provided professional advice on how to maintain my new look. The hairdresser was communicative, and all the staff were very friendly. Vanessa I’ve been to this salon four times now and each visit with Yoon Hoon has been consistently great! Yoon hoon and other staff are very friendly and professional and they always take the time to understand my needs and hair condition. The space is clean and they provided cushions for you to rest your arms on. Haircut, colour, or treatment are all great! (I only did a haircut and treatment but not the colour this time due to time constraint) Definitely recommend for anyone looking for reliable service and a friendly service!

Kylie Shears Great foils in my blonde hair - I was stopped in a shopping centre a month later, by someone who wanted to know where I got my hair done! Very accommodating of my young children, who were able to sit in the salon so i could get my desperately overdue foils done.

shereen ean khor In my first review in 2023, I wrote: “I was looking for a good haircut which is hard to find these days. My Google search led me to Choi. His skill with the scissors and confidence with the way he handled my hair gave me a chic haircut exactly how I wanted it. I like that he’s courteous and focused and did not take on multiple appointments at the same time, which can be very distracting at other salons.” After 5-6 visits, I’m beginning to understand why the reviews have ranged from 1* to 5*! It’d appear that Choi has good days and bad. On a bad day, he would just rush through the cut and seemed distracted, with little interest to meet customers request. I had to return to rectify a very unbalanced cut and he wasn’t pleased despite his mistake. Where’s that courteous professional gone?! I feel compelled to write this update so as not to mislead potential customers.

PSR Ive been going to Belcastro for over two years now, and its consistently a great experience. All the staff are friendly, professional, and create a welcoming atmosphere. I usually get my haircut from Michael—hes clearly an expert at what he does and always does an amazing job. Today, I had my hair coloured by Emma, and I just have to give her a special shoutout. From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. Im not a big talker, and she picked up on that straight away—she really respected my space. And the head massage she gave was absolute bliss. After a particularly stressful week, I left feeling truly relaxed and rejuvenated.
