However u want your nails they will listen & do their best , even though my design was lil bit different but she did her best (Kati ) ❣️

1 /5 Antonina Tee: ****Don’t go here**** Was quoted $55 for full set of acrylics. Sat down the lady did my nails. No interaction at all, other than the shape and colour I’d like. The shape and colour was nice. That’s a plus. The lady did cut into my nails and cuticles when using her motorised tool. No apology, ignored like it was nothing. And she was extremely rough when buffing my nails before colour was applied. She wasn’t even looking at my nails and buffed all the sides of my fingers, No apology for that either. My fingers were bleeding from the cuticle. Each nail length is a different size/width. Went to pay with card, told cash only or transfer. I was really disappointed so I brought up the bleeding. To which she responded “that was an accident”. So no apology and not even offering a discount to smooth over the negative experience. She said “actually coffins are $60, but the other lady told you $55.” Paid $55 in cash, left and wouldn’t return even if it was free. Didn’t see anything sanitised after it was used either, pretty disgusting considering my nails bled. Pic for attention.

1 /5 Azleen Mohammed: Very rude customer service and very racist towards customers Charging different amount of $$$$ & adding service... money isnt the problem but the service! speaking in their languages infront of customers about customers and also had a customer telling me to shut up while i was having a chat to the nail artist! They trying to be a smartarse... laughing & making fun of customers What kinda service is this??? Not professional for sure...

1 /5 Ceci Gazu: If I can put 0 starts this will be the place! I came yesterday to do my nails and today is already cheap i came to ask for be fix it and the told me if I don’t come back at 5 they can’t do nothing for me! when this is no fair because the didn’t do a proper job yesterday as the nails didn’t resist no even 1 full day!!! So now the only solution for them is that I wait or I go to another place to fix and pay again for the nail they didn’t do it properly, they don’t wanna give me a solution the girl taking to me is very rude telling to come back at 4 but I will wait until 5 anyway so bad service honestly they could do much better the have a massive salon with so many places for do nails but all empty I don’t understand never again this place don’t recommend it at all 0 starts
