1 /5 tiana campagna: If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to go here regularly a few years ago… I loved it. The place I went into last week was a completely different place. Funnily enough one of the nail techs, the one who actually did my nails, was one who used to be there years prior and she was the rudest one in the entire room. If you want to be that miserable, rude, condescending and disrespectful… don’t work there anymore.
Have to say though… everyone acted the exact same way including all the new faces. It made me feel a significant shift in the environment around me, my mood and happiness to be completely honest. Finally had an hour away from kids, had to arrange help to be able to go get my nails done, I went there as I couldn’t get in where I usually go last minute. Had an appointment booked… and still treated like dirt.
They are so immensely rude as a baseline with every interaction it makes you feel almost nervous to say/ tell them something? Don’t even think to ask questions… you will get laughed at, scoffed at, eyes rolled at, talked to like you shouldn’t be speaking. Eventually you don’t speak up anymore at all.
I had wished so many times I had it in me to get up out of my chair and walk out… I am not that disrespectful. I swallowed up the discomfort and paid the horrendous amount for an awful job done. She hurt me so many times with the electric tool that my one nail still hurts til this day, a week later. My actual nail shows off the sides of the nails she glued on.
No manicure is done what so ever ha! Since when did gluing plastic nails onto a nail bed that looks exactly how it did when you walked in count as an “organic full set” ? Still trying to understand how in the world this is classified as an organic full set. If you have an ACTUAL organic set done… you will know this is not that. They are falsely advertising.
It is the same as what you get walking into a chemist and grabbing a pack of glue on nails? With a 60 second shape and file added on + choice of shellac polish. very unclear how this can classify as an organic full set. I can do this at home. When I tried to enquire on their version of an organic full set it even a full set at all… I was met with more rudeness.
It’s upsetting… to spend the money. To go somewhere just wanting to be a woman with some “me time” and the nail salon itself / the staff end up ruining your afternoon.
The place I went to 3 years ago, the version of the people I experienced back then… gone. Not sure if new ownership and no one managing it well enough in between or what is happening?
I get my nails done regularly for context and have for years.
Do NOT waste your time. It’s almost a shame to see the amount of people who still support them at this stage as they really need to understand their impact on their customers… especially the women.
