JAIN VINIT Magnificent views under the Harbour bridge. Good place to take photos

GW L We visited around noon on a Sunday in January. It wasn’t too crowded, and there were a few parking spots available. There’s an F3 ferry wharf nearby. Some people were enjoying a dip in the water, only wading in up to their waists. There’s a café nearby where you can grab some food and drinks (it also has restrooms). There seemed to be a picnic area and an event space, but we didn’t check them out in detail. The playground was decent, and while there was a water fountain, there were no tables around.

ali wahidi Absolutely beautiful place with beautiful view of the harbour bridge and the city. I found out that it is one of the best places around the city to witness Australias great new years eve fireworks show . Its like a hidden gem. So relaxing and amazing place. Also its a good fishing spot.

jennifer bradford Nice little area and park, ferry stop. Little walk thru library on way down ferry ramp. Small parking area, with wheelchair spots.

derek williamson A great spot to while away a few hours. You can claim er over the rocks, have a break on the bay walk or launch a kayak easily off the beach. There is a company that will deliver a kayak here for you. The facilities are a bit old, but that is part of the charm. You can also search out the old Rodd family crypt.

A Cool water feature and good for kids

Rashyd (Espy) Great park for barbecue and plenty of space for picnic right next to the water. Paid Parking available (24hrs). Some treet parking is also available but maybe hard to find during busy times.

L Lozaant BEAUTIFUL spot for locals to walk along the water. Usually clean and tidy when I visit.

Ying Wang Nice autumn atmosphere

John karmas Mort Bay Park Mort Bay Park has numerous open space areas, an all abilities playground and great views of Sydney Harbour. Built in 1854, it was Australias first large scale dry dock. Balmain wharf is at the beginning of this park During WWI and WWII the docks were busy places, building minesweepers and corvettes. Morts Dock and engineering closed in 1958. Dog friendly Park I had a really friendly bulldog make friends with me, cute and friendly bulldog!!
