5 /5 Sarah Boccanfuso: Mani Pedi is the BEST nail and waxing salon on the northern beaches. I’ve been going to the salon for three years now and haven’t looked back. Their affordable prices and great customer service make for an experience that is hard to find elsewhere. Strongly recommend for eyebrow waxing also!

1 /5 Lisanne van Bilsen: In the past I had great experiences here but yesterday was not a great one. I was there for a manicure when they just openend up and the lady who did my manicure was clearly in a bad mood. She was not gentle and hurting me quite a bit. My skin was bleeding on 3 different fingers and are now infected. She also kept poking with her nails to put my skin back. At one point a bit of nail polish went on my skin as I accidentally moved. She made it very clear she wasn’t happy by being more rough and rude with me. Definitely not going back again.

1 /5 Pam Cooke: For my birthday my family gave me a gift card for a manicure or pedicure at Mani Ped. Last Thursday I made an appointment for Ipm today which is the following Wednesday. I arrived on time and was told to pick my colour and wait. This I did, and was still waiting after almost 30 minutes. The point is that this salon takes walk in appointments, the same as many places do. However, I was down for 1pm and you would think they would have made sure that a technician would be available soon after that. I will not be going back especially to a place that doesnt value an appointment made.

5 /5 Rachel M: My favourite nail salon is Mani Pedi Spa at Warringah Mall, I have been going there for 6 years! Beautiful staff that do amazing job on manicures and pedicures. Staff offer a relaxing experience and also give great ideas following current nail trends. They manage alot of walkins as they are the best nail salon, thats why everyone loves them!!!

1 /5 Soph P: ***Sharing for awareness*** I have been to this salon many times before, as it was convenient and they got the job done. On my last visit I got a manicure and pedicure, and after leaving the salon, my two big toes on both feet were in agony. Fast forward a few days and it was getting worse and started to develop an infection. I ended up at the medical centre and on antibiotics, told by the doctor the infection was so severe. I called the owner to tell them of my experience and they told me to come in, when I came in, Wendy the owner was not in and I spoke to her son who refused to do anything as he didn’t have authority. For context, I was requesting a refund which wouldn’t have even covered my medical appointment or medicine I was out of pocket for. After much discussion all they were prepared to offer me was a pedicure voucher for $35. Respectfully, why would I ever want to return, so I declined. I gave up attempting to get a refund and have just counted my losses on this one. I want to spread awareness that the salon clearly is not up to health standards and the staff are not trained properly. I should have confidence to get a pedicure without leaving with an infection in not just one, but two toes! Do not recommend.
