The results were always an “expectation vs. reality” situation, and I felt really bad about it. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place for nails. INI GEM (Gem) Mimi is an excellent and bery professional hairdresser who knows her stuff. Had no appointment just rocked up last minute, wanted to tone and style my hair. She did an amazing job. My only disappointment is that I purchased a few items and was charged extra for something I didnt have. So please just check receipts. It may have just been an overlooked mistake, but Id still go back. 4 1/2 ☆☆☆☆
