Tomaree National Park - NSW

Teza McKenna Hands down my favourite part of Port Stephens. The beaches between Zenith and Fingal Bay are some of the most beautiful in the world. They also contain some world class surfing options but only for the experience and locals. Take the walk up Tomaree headland and test your fitness to see one of the greatest views ever. Eat fish and chips in the kiddy‘s corner at Fingal and swim with your children in crystal clear safe conditions. Truly one of the most beautiful places I know. Walk up to the spit where they shot the most famous Australian Tourism adds of all time with Lara Bingle and the “where the bloody hell are you campaign”

Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters - NSW

Norris Chan My partner and I had a surprisingly good time at the shark and stingray encounter. Looked a bit small from the outside but bigger than we thought. Highly recommend forking out a little extra to hire the wet suits cause being in the midst of the sting rays was the highlight. Special mention of Zuzu who brought great energy to our experience.

Oakvale Wildlife Park - NSW

Sam Burg Plenty of parking, service was great and friendly. The kids loved the water play park. The second play area feels a little dated. There are two toilet blocks inside. Plenty of undercover tables and you can buy hot food, there are also electric BBQs if you want to take food to cook. The kids enjoyed feeding the ducks and kangaroos. Entry is fairly expensive.

Sharon Helder A beautiful little beach to bring children for a paddle/swim and a play on the playground equipment. They can walk on the little jet and view the fish swimming about, and you can enjoy a picnic as well.

Oakfield Ranch Camel Rides - NSW

Shane & Sharron Golds The team at Oakfield Ranch Camel Rides, were fantastic. We had a 20 minute ride over the sand dunes and onto the beach. The camels are treated very well and the staff are friendly helpfully and try very hard to accommodate each person preferences with the suitable camel. They do not pre sale tickets. You just arrive and book.. Busy times you may have to wait a while. It’s worth the wait. They do an informative safety briefing, explaining about cameras, (no drones as the noise effects the camels) And most importantly how to sit on the camel when the camel is lowering and raising. Great time had by all. Staff amazing

Tinnys Butterfly House and Underwater Cafe - NSW

Barbara Kenny We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, especially being able to hold the birds, snakes, and lizards. We also really enjoyed feeding the stingrays. A big thank you to the staff for making it a very entertaining and enjoyable day. Special thanks to Jason for bringing all the snakes and lizards around for us to see and hold. Its definitely worth the visit.
