1 /5 Macarena Caamaño: I never post about my experience but today I feel disappointed.
I didnt have a very good experience in the salon.
Although the lady is friendly, she couldnt do the job I asked her to do.
I arrived at the place with a mess in my hair and asked her if she could fix it, I showed her a photo and she said yes.
After bleaching my hair, I dyed my hair brown since I wanted that color. but when I applied it it was very clear to me, then I asked her which one could be better and she gave me a darker one that I didnt like either.
I told her that I didnt like her very much but she told me that she couldnt dye me anymore because my hair was very weak, that we would fix it later if I didnt like it. That same day I wrote to her that I didnt like but that I was going to wait and see how it went.
Then the time she told me passed (3 weeks) I spoke to her to tell her if she could fix my color and she told me to go to the salon.
Once at the salon she told me that she could fix it for me but that she would charge me half the price of a normal dye because according to her she had done a good job.
She wanted me to pay her for a job that I had already paid for that I didnt like.
From the beginning I told her what I wanted.
She is the professional and she is supposed to know what colors to mix to leave the hair more or less as the client requests, but no.
She made bad decisions with the color of the dye and then she told me that her work had been done well.
I actually feel bad that I looked for the best hair salon that was supposed to be close to where I was, since I knew that what they had to do to me was complicated. She simply couldnt do it, if she had told me that my hair would be orange I would have gone to another hair salon.
She told me that she could fix it. But then she told me that the color was going to be more golden, (when I couldnt go anywhere else).
I feel very disappointed.
