1 /5 Christine Palma: I have been coming to this shop for the past 15 years but today, they have lost a customer. The most frustrating experience was the girl insisting she’s done my pedicure properly when clearly, she didn’t. As shown in the attached images, no exfoliation and moisturising was done on my foot which is a standard for a pedicure. No protective oil was placed after the shellac. She wouldn’t even admit her fault and was insisting to her colleagues that I was the liar. If I can give a zero rating, thats what they’ll get. I don’t know how the manicurist / pedicurist of this shop can get away with the poor and disappointing service. Just to also add, they were charging me for the full price of $70. I didn’t pay the full amount. This is not about the money, but the principle that you pay for the satisfactory service you received. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
