With a very warm personality, she makes you feel right at home! She is extremely accommodating and really listens to her customers request, she has a maniacally meticulous eye for perfection in her work which results in flawlessly shaped nails, not to mention her exquisite talent for graceful and contemporary nail art!!!! I was worried at first because one eyebrow had a slight light patch but I waited and it seemed to have sorted itself out. It was super comfortable with Ursula, she is personable and I felt relaxed.
