Marcos Ichinohe Quiet spot with an incredible view.
Overlooking the Harbor Bridge and the city, this place it’s easy to access, near Waverton train station or if you’re driving you can park nearby.
It’s quiet and clean, and definitely recommend going!
Mareeiyah wee We went to picton botanic garden for a quick strolling before heading toward the persimmon picking, its a quite garden, has a kids playground and a place where you can have fun with your friends exercising with the stationery exercise equipments.
Rock Merjudio Nice park with lots of birds hopping from tree to tree. We saw rainbow lorikeets, noisy miners and red wattlebirds. There is a free public toilet here. The reserve is on a slope. It can get very windy especially in winter. There are memorials here for victimes of the Bali bombing.
Jamie S It was very windy near the pergola so we moved our party further across the field and over under the trees near the BBQs and it was less windy. Pretty views of Coogee beach, a few tables and chairs. No bare feet on grass, very spiky.
Kathleen Young Another beautiful walk in the heart of Sydney. Easy enough to do and combined with the Harry Reid Foreshore track equates to about 11km to up to 13km if you want to do extra lookouts and detours. You tend to go into and out of the bush with some short street walking. The views of middle harbour are lovely.
