1 /5 Belle Visage: I decided to try this salon for the first time since it was conveniently located near my house. Unfortunately, the proximity was the only good thing about it. The service I received was extremely disappointing. The cuticle work was poorly done, the nail polish application was uneven and see-through, and the overall job looked rushed and unprofessional. It was clear that no attention to detail was given. I’m posting two pictures: one of the inspiration I had and one of the work I actually got. The difference is shocking. I ended up with nails that looked worse than before, and it felt like a complete waste of my money. I won’t be returning. This should emphasize the comparison between what I wanted and what I got.

1 /5 Yuka Hori: Please don’t go if you want to get a PROFESSIONAL service. It was an unprofessional nail service I’ve ever had before. THE WORST experience. I just want to remove my nails. It took time 50MINS! The lady who removed my nails was scrunching and dumping my nails more than 40mins. I was like a nail model. When she fell down the stick then use it straight away. Bad hygiene… It still remains nail color. I will not go again never. Furthermore, they don’t apologize taking the time at all. Usually only removing is 10 to 15mins. That’s sucks experience. I hope someone will not get the same feeling as me. Added for the comment: Obviously, it was in the hands of someone who had never done it before. I know because I have worked as a nailist. I dont need that excuses. Thanks.

5 /5 Louise Stone: Another great visit to Pearl Nails and Beauty today. Waxing, pedicure and manicure/ spot on again. Been going for 8 years and the friendly family business is superb. Clean, efficient and friendly. Thanks ladies, see you in 3 weeks.

1 /5 Tuğba Salık: I visited this salon for the first time when I was in a hurry, needing just a quick manicure and pedicure. From the moment I sat down, I regretted my decision. The place was utterly disgusting, lacking basic hygiene standards. They were using reused tools, and when confronted, they blatantly lied about it—even though it was obvious that the nail file was old and worn. I simply requested to have my cuticles pushed back and my nails filed. Not only did they fail to deliver even this minimal service, but they didn’t properly remove my regular nail polish—it wasn’t even gel polish! To top it off, their behavior was incredibly rude, which somehow felt like the cherry on this nightmare experience. If you’re looking to waste your money, this might be the place for you. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.
