5 /5 rosie dunn: So impressed - this was the best manicure I’ve ever had. The attention to detail was incredible, the space was spotless and very comfortable. My nail tech Michiru is so talented, I couldn’t fault her and my nails are absolutely perfect. I cannot wait for my next appointment already.

Couldn’t be happier with my nails! I love the ethos of the salon and the use of non toxic products. No one does it like Polished Atelier. I’ll most definitely be telling everyone.

5 /5 Pooi Nie Liew: Very impressed - lovely bright little space within the huge Salon Lane mansion in Surry Hills. They played good tasteful music & offered water, tea, coffee, with chocolates to help myself to. Anna was my junior nail artist & she was perfectly fine. She did a wonderful job & I’m super happy! The hand cream at the end smelt amazing. Highly recommend them & will go back for sure.

1 /5 Indiana Casci: i booked an appointment with the senior artist for a nail appointment. after speaking with her we agreed to do a trial on my nails ($30) due to my nail health and possibly retention issue. i woke up this morning for my appointment feeling unwell, i messaged asking if we could cancel. i didn’t receive a response so i decided to still show up to the appointment. i deleted my message and started making the 45 minute drive there. 30 minutes into the drive, 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment i received a message from them letting me know they had cancelled my service. i had deleted the message! they saw the deleted message and instead of messaging to confirm with me if i wanted to cancel, they cancelled the appointment and filled it with another person willing to pay $200+ for a full set. very very clear this company is just money hungry and doesn’t actually care about their clients nor the commitments they made with such clients. they have blocked me on instagram after not responding to my messages saying i was on my way and will be attending the appointment I SCHEDULED weeks ago. why would anyone block another person if they aren’t the guilty party?! this is a horrible place with horrible customer service and i will not be returning. i was in contact with Jennifer and Elizaveta the OWNER. adding photos so you can see. was not booked in for a trial. booked in for a full set thanks. response to my review is full of lies. at least take accountability for your actions.

The salon is within a shared beauty space in Surry Hills which feels instantly indulgent upon arrival Liz is also amazing, I’ve watched her journey for a few years and had my nails done many times with her, she cares so much about what she does and the nails always last about 4 weeks. It’s worth the investments. You’ll see how passionate she is about what she does on her Instagram account. My nails always look amazing, the products shes uses are non-toxic, vegan, and therefore much better for your nail health which is what drew me to Liz initially. Highly recommended!! ☺️
