National Falls - NSW

Rheannon Beautiful waterfall! Quick and easy to get too. Few steep stairs to reach the bottom, takes less then a few minuets. If you head to the left at the bottom of the stairs youll be able to go behind the Waterfall and have a better view upfront.

Dharawal National Park - NSW

David Blowes We went to the OHares lookout. What a lovely location. We took our two little ones for a "Bush walk". 2.4k return to the lookout, all along a sealed track. The kids rode their bikes (slight uphill out, mostly downhill back). We had a picnic lunch on the ground at the lookout. Quiet, clean, well maintained, and just lovely.

Lookout - NSW

Rebecca White Well, it’s a complicated thing about lookouts, seeing as you never know exactly what to expect. Quite a lot of the time we visualise the actual setup of the lookout, but it’s nothing like we expected it would be. Still, a lookout’s a lookout, no matter how big or small it may be. It’s highly likely to be nothing like you imagined, so prepare to expect the unexpected at all times. If you ask me, it will give you a perfect excuse to look out over the mountain ranges and soak in the beautiful landscape. You may even be able to capture it on camera. Security alert: photography enthusiasts on scene! Stand out of the way, please; they need space to capture the perfect snapshot!

Palm Jungle loop track - NSW

Leo Kesselring This is probably the best bush way track in Sydney. Located on the south edge of the Royal National Park, it has everything...jungle, beach, rock pools, bushland, rivers. Its an absolute gem! The full loop wont take more than 2 hours, but you need to have a decent level of fitness.

Little Marley Track - NSW

Anne-Marie Torrens A sunny Sunday meant it was a good day for a walk. We travelled to Wattamolla Beach in The Royal National Park intending to walk to Little Marley Beach along the Coastal Track. The road to the car park at Wattamolla was closed as the car park was full. We were asked to wait about 10 minutes at which point the gate would open and 35 cars would be permitted to enter. We eventually paid our $12 to enter the National Park, found a spot for the car and headed off. So many beautiful spots along the way. So pleased we waited the 10 minutes or so to get in. Path well sign posted. Track is over rocks as well as elevated path. So lovely to sit for a little rest at Little Marley Beach before the walk back. About 8 km in total, and taking about 2 hours walking time.
