5 /5 Mi: The staff are incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is super relaxing. Highly recommend this nail salon for manicures and pedicures. I got French chrome nails and a pedicure with shellac done in just 1.5 hours - they’re fast and efficient! Easily the best nail salon in Sydney, and the location is super convenient! Thank you so much ❤️

1 /5 jessica callaghan: Horrible service I went in to get a nail fixed that had lifted after just over a week the lady that served me was really rude. She cut my skin and when I said something replied with oh sorry she also made the nail a lot shorter than the same nail on my other hand and completely rushed it without a care. I don’t recommend I won’t be going back.

1 /5 Millie Soul: $90 for acrylic removal and SNS including the worst manicure I have ever had. Kept on getting nicked by the dremel and had a chunk of skin taken off the end of my finger and they tried to tell me it was just part of it. Not worth it at all

5 /5 Lynne Lee: Very happy with my manicure today. Had a lovely young lady do my nails, engaged in some small talk. The process took 40 minutes, a little longer than other places but she did everything with care and got a lovely hand massage at the end. Love the sparkly pink polish.

My nails looked okay in the shops after the cuticle oil and the moisturiser, but these are what nails look like when I got home. But my biggest problem isnt what these cuticles look like. The lady spent less than 10 minutes on my nails. She was slightly more patient working on my right hand but got visibly impatient with my left. She also complained I didnt cut my cuticles often enough! But thats exactly what Im here for!! Do I need to do a manicure myself to get a manicure with you? I didnt even ask for gel on my nails, which would have taken more of your time. Id happily come back if she did a fantastic job and told me she would be happy to see me back soon. I understand it can be hard to run a profitable business, I wouldnt have left a bad review if she hadnt complained, even if my cuticles look like theyve been chewed by dog. Your employees need more training, they get easily distracted and dont bother providing quality customer service.
