1 /5 Fiona: Absolute waste of money and terrible customer service. I paid $50 for a wash and blow-dry, expecting a professional result. Instead, my hair was left curly and frizzy—not what I asked for. When I returned after having to fix it myself, they blamed the rain (which I never walked in) rather than taking accountability. I had to speak to the boss over the phone, who outright refused to refund me, claiming that’s what a “blow-dry” is meant to look like. Apparently, if I wanted straight hair, I should have paid extra for an iron or chemical straightening. Unbelievable! If you’re looking for quality service and professionalism, avoid this place at all costs.

I’m usually nervous about trying new places (and rarely walk away truly happy with a cut), but this experience was honestly amazing. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Ana was absolutely wonderful - so warm, kind, and welcoming. She made the whole experience feel even more special, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making people feel comfortable and happy!
