Lawrence Chow Have been getting cuts here for a year now. Used their promo deal which came to about $22 a cut which is a good price. Have always been happy with the quality of cuts since mine is a basic fade on the side and trim all around. Can’t complain

Lilian Huynh I’ve never had lash extensions before so I was extremely nervous about the whole process but Janie has such a friendly and welcoming personality, I immediately felt comfortable since she discussed different styles and asked for my preferences before the process. Her energy/vibe is so calming and the atmosphere is perfectly balanced, I fall asleep every single time. Personally, I get scared when asking questions but Janie always answers with so much detail that it’s reassuring. Overall, Janie is so sweet and dependable, I would highly recommend her to everyone ♡!!

Rachel Than I have been going to Charms for the past year to see Jaey, and I have been in good hands! I have done a few procedures, and they were done efficiently, safely and informatively which is reassuring as a patient. The Dr was also honest/transparent and told me when I was not able to do a specific procedure due to underlying illnesses at the time. Jaey has also reached out to follow up post-appointment and her mannerism is friendly and professional. I have booked an appointment again with Lucy end of May and I am keen to visit again. Cheyenne Whitby Academy goers beware!! Overpriced- undervalue customers. Was quoted $60 for pedicure. Foot spa and massage chair out of order resulted in a small bucket being filled to wash my feet. No spa, no massage, no foot soak, didn’t clean under or around toe nails, over used equipment was unsanitary and over used. I kindly asked when I get to pick my colour and was informed, $30 extra bringing the total To $90. I respectfully rejected the colour as the service didn’t reflect the pricing. The staff were rude and laughing at my enquiries. Please beware.

Rhonda D Marjan takes absolute pride and care in her work! I appreciated her conservative approach to cosmetic procedures and she delivered a fantastic, natural result. She made me feel at ease and confident as someone who has never had cosmetic injectables before. I would definitely recommend her!!
