5 /5 Charnel Wiseman: Just wow! What can I say? Jo and April made this a fantastic day! Jo is a natural with kids. We had my daughter’s 8th birthday party here. The facility was so vibrant and beautiful, so clean too. Jo made sure all the stress was taken off me. She had my back. Anything I had forgotten, this woman had me covered. The girls all felt pampered, special and like queens for a day. They all said it was the best birthday party they had been to (including their own) and didn’t want the day to end which I feel is the highest praise. I can’t thank you guys enough for making this a memory for years to come. 11/10 would recommend. You won’t be disappointed. And to be honest, so well priced. Great value for money. I felt like we got more than what we paid for.

From the moment we walked in, Jo made them feel so special and treated them like little princesses. The attention to detail, the fun atmosphere, and the warm hospitality made the experience truly memorable. My girls had the best time and havent stopped talking about it since! We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was utterly seamless, joyful, and unforgettable. The attention to detail was absolutely incredible – from the red carpet entrance and beautiful balloon decorations to the personalised birthday sign and a colouring-in competition featuring a cartoon version of my daughter! Every element was so thoughtfully curated to make her feel incredibly special. The party itself was like stepping into a mini day spa dream for kids – foot spas, manicures, pedicures, makeup, special hair styling, and a fabulous mini disco to top it all off! The girls were completely in awe, and every single one of them went home asking their parents if their next party could be at The Powder Room too. A special shout-out to Jo and April, the salon owners, who were absolute superstars. Not only were they professional and warm, but they went above and beyond to make sure the birthday girl had the best day of her life – her words, not mine! Their care, energy, and passion for what they do really shines through. I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing – it was magical from start to finish. If you’re looking for an experience that’s fun, flawless, and genuinely memorable for your child, The Powder Room is it. Thank you, Jo and April, for creating such an extraordinary celebration.
