5 /5 Samantha Kay: Living in Port Stephens, we’ve been exploring local attractions, and this one was an absolute gem! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. We loved being able to chat with the handlers and learn about all the fascinating creatures. The highlight for us was hanging out with the rays, sharks, and eels—my 9-year-old daughter was thrilled! The creatures were so friendly, and it was such a hands-on, engaging experience. We went all out and got the mega ticket, which included a meet-and-greet with the birds. It was so much fun having them perch on us and fly around! The pass also included a free meal, and the dining area was incredible—with creatures swimming above and tanks all around. Watching the feeding sessions was a real treat, and being able to purchase food to feed the animals ourselves was such a unique touch. While the food options were limited, I was happy to find something that suited my dietary needs, which is always appreciated. The only downside was that the butterfly exhibit wasn’t open, but nature happens, and it’s something to look forward to on our next visit. We spent about 3 hours here as a family of three and absolutely loved every moment. Highly recommend—5 stars!

5 /5 Kelly Wood: Amazing experience. Great to get up and close and in the water enclosures with the shark, rays and eels, to give them a feed and a little pat, for as long as we wanted. The bird experience was great and the reptile encounters with the snakes, lizard and turtles throughout the day was also appreciated with many photo opportunities. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful and very informative The two grown adults and our toddler had a great day. Would highly recommend. Went diring school holidays, wasnt too busy and still able to enjoy all the place had to offer, without being overcrowded.

5 /5 Skye: Amazing place. Prices were so reasonable especially knowing we can come back for the next 12 months. The staff were so amazing and helpful. Bringing out amazing animals for us to touch and even hold. The animals are so looked after and cared for. Thank you it was an amazing experience for us.

5 /5 Francis Whitehead: Great fund place with Macaws that sit on your arm, snakes to be draped over you, walk in the pools with Sharks and Rays, as well as feed them. Then kick back in the underwater cafe to eat lunch. Wonderful day, especially good if its raining outside.

5 /5 Caitlin Harvey: Great experience at the Shark and Ray encounter. Took my 3yo and 8yo, both had a fantastic time feeding and petting the sharks and rays. Very accessible for little ones and plenty of lively sea animals to engage with. Very reasonably priced too!
