1 /5 Vanessa Schinider: I have been coming here for the last 3 times, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. Last week, I visited with my daughter and spent $200, only to leave feeling frustrated and upset. My daughter was unhappy with her nails, though I can’t speak much on her specific concerns. However, my own experience was a disaster. I have long natural nails, and they were completely butchered. there was nothing no consistent shape, and several nails had sharp, pointy edges left unfiled. The builder gel application was even worse. Every nail has a different thickness, and the surface is bumpy and full of bubbles. To top it off, the nail polish application was the worst I’ve ever seen. I honestly do a better job painting my nails myself—even using my non-dominant hand. This was such a poor-quality service that I regret paying for it. Now, I’ll have to spend more time and money to fix this atrocious job. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

1 /5 Claz: I wish I was joking when I said this cost me $90. After initially expressing that I wasn’t happy with the results they offered the take $7 off for the chrome powered I received (the stuff that’s making the numb nail look like that) as I didn’t want to cause a scene or say much more I left paying $90. I went to do a grocery shop and decided I should go back as $90 is insane for the job that was done. The owner offered to do my nails again and fix it up, but I expressed to him that I wasn’t interested in spending another two hours getting my nails done as this is already taken so long and I don’t often get my nails done. Went back-and-forth to no avail but then I went home and saw the reviews and decided to come back. First my boyfriend went in with the receipt and photos to explain that he could’ve done a better job doing my nails with the paintbrush and asked how he felt comfortable charging almost $100 for this job. They went back-and-forth with no understanding of the fact that I did not want to get my nails done again. I then went back that afternoon stating that I did not want my nails done or a gift card or any service done from this place again. I just wanted my $90 back. as a small business owner myself and as someone who works hard for their money I understand what it’s like to run a business and for times to be tough. However when someone is upset with your service or business we all know the right thing to do is make amends right away, most of the time this will involve giving the client a refund. The owner was extremely patronising towards me. Saying things like “I think we just need to move on” Which I said I would be more than happy to do once I got my money back. we went back-and-forth for awhile. He would essentially say or do anything that didn’t involve just giving me my money back. I am of course happy to support and pay for a good service, but it’s very clear by the photos that this is not a good service. at the risk of getting accused of scamming I had already taken my nails and toenails off completely as soon as I got home so when I went back to the nail salon, I had nothing on my nails therefore concluding I didn’t receive any benefit from their service but yet the owner still managed to bring up the fact that they get scammed. I walked away with half of my money $45. It’s clear this nail salon doesn’t really care about their clients who are left feeling disappointed as all the reviews seem similar to mine.

4 /5 Mars H: I had a pedicure here and despite the negative reviews, I have to speak as I find and my experience was very positive. Good range of colours to choose from and I was pleased with the finish and good price. Maybe your experience depends on the staff member you get, hence the mixed reviews. I came here based on a positive recommendation from someone who regularly has shellac done here

2 /5 J Hechinger: Too busy. Technician left my pedicure halfway through because other customers were looking like they were tired of waiting. Did one coat of varnish on my nails then tried to tell me it was done. Swore she had done two coats and clear on top. When I told her she had only done one, she got defensive. Maybe she thought I was zoned out on my phone and wouldn’t notice, but I wasn’t and I did. Took way too long for to do my daughter’s manicure because they kept getting up to do other peoples nails.

1 /5 Mel Tredinnick: 0/5 stars. Wish I had read reviews prior… Asked for a normal shellac pedicure, and shellac with tips and a special design on my fingers. She used a nail grinder on my skin to file off my cuticles, making 3 of my fingers bleed and the others red raw. I pulled my hand back multiple times saying “ouch!” and she carried on with it anyway as I sat there in pain with gritted teeth. She also used the grinder on the base of my nails over and over again, so much so that my nails are still hurting 12 hours after the fact. My nails are uneven in length, the underside of my nails are covered in glue, the polish is very thick and uneven and the paint on one of my nails was started so far down the nail that it looks like it’s already 2 weeks old and grown out! Half my toes are missing nail polish, and the painting is also uneven (some parts got two coats, and some parts were missed), which was done by a different ‘nail tech’. Easily the worst pedicure I’ve ever had - I could’ve done better and I’m simply horrible at it. It cost me $122 all up, which is extremely expensive for such an awful experience. I would’ve expected them to be flawless at that price!!! Very unhappy.
