The attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets this salon apart. Vivian the owner of OS Nails is not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly. She took the time to understand exactly what my sister and I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. We left with nails that looked impeccable. The cleanliness and hygiene standards at OS Nails are top-notch, making me feel comfortable and safe throughout my visit. They take sanitation seriously, which is especially important in todays world. Overall, I cant recommend OS Nails enough. Whether youre looking for a relaxing spa day, waxing or a stunning nail transformation, youll find it here. Ill definitely be returning for their exceptional service and friendly ambiance. Isla Bridges Dodd I have never had such a nice experience in a nail salon before. I normally struggle to communicate exactly what I want with my nails but everyone was so nice and understanding. I could truly tell that my satisfaction was their main priority and walked out of the salon with beautiful nails, its my favourite set yet. We were given free water upon entry as well as free nail polish as a gift. I had two technicians, first i had Sophie who took such care of my natural nails and was so gentle when applying the acrylics. Then i had Lucy who painted the designs effortlessly. They were both very concentrated on their work while being quick. They both were so kind and made sure to ask me if i was happy with my nails at every step. I highly recommend this salon along with these lovely technicians.

Thi Nu Mai I recently visited Tip Top nails in Glebe and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home. The salon itself is beautifully designed, clean, and very relaxing, which made the entire experience so enjoyable. The nail technician was not only skilled but also incredibly attentive to detail. They took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and ensured my nails looked flawless. I loved the wide selection of colors and treatments they offered—there’s truly something for everyone!
