1 /5 Brendan War: Generally a good salon have been there in the past and a shout out to George for a great hair wash but sadly the one star goes to Misha Shavari for butchering my hair. Tried her for the first time - went in for a trim and even showed her photos of my last hair cut - but now ended with my hair length cut off over 5 cm and now uneven on both sides. The photos shows previous haircut the before then the after which you can see the butchering of the hair and unevenness on the left and right side after the “trim” Update - was contacted by the salon to come in for a hair cut correction which was done by the salon owner Luke. However, no further compensation or gift was offered even though I asked. Further, even though Misha was working in the salon on the day I came in for my hair cut correction she made no attempt to apologies or even say hi.

4 /5 Collette G: Brooklyn was great and I really appreciated the fact that it was chilled, with other hairdressers (elsewhere) I have felt they have looked down on me or judged me cos I dont get my hair done every 8 weeks but it was nice to get my hair done without that judgement or pressure. I did have one or two frustrations but thats kind of on me for not speaking up about it. Overall a good experience, the complimentary massage beforehand was good and makes the experience stand out a bit more.
