1 /5 Melissa K: Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in to renew my wedding ring warranty which I was not able to renew as I was late by a month. Mind you, my ring was and is in perfectly good condition. The way in which I was let down was not friendly at all. Expected a bit more courtesy. I would recommend the Michael Hill stores at DFO Homebush and Castle Hill a lot more. They will really help you out.
