5 /5 김이슬: The soup of noodles is thick and soft. It tastes like what I ate in Korea. I heard that they make the own kimchi every day, and it was so delicious. 연어회덮밥 is also delicious without being too salty. I really recommend it.

4 /5 Andrew Xu: We got the spicy noodle soup, spicy salmon bowl, and dumplings. Overall, it was pretty "homestyle" food, its humble and unpretentious. Id think of this place as a reliable hole-in-the-wall type establishment. Spicy noodle soup was pretty decent, had scrambled egg in it, seaweed, and shredded carrot, zucchini, onions but a pretty plain noodle overall. No other protein and the soup was a tasty spicy seafood broth, but also similar to what youd get from a Jin Ramen broth. Spicy salmon bowl was very akin to a Fishbowl rice bowl, honestly couldnt say there was much Korean about it other than the gochujang sauce. Its a reliable bowl for anyone who isnt feeling noodles, but you get what you get. Dumplings were crispy, well-seasoned, and plump, though you only get four. Whether you find its worth the price though Ill leave to you lol. Free kimchi was tasty, its on the milder end of things. They sprinkle some furikake-like seasonings on it which is a nice mix-up.

5 /5 Grace W: Finally made it to 10K Noodle at Summer and wow — so many more items on the menu now! We decided to stick to our usual favourites and it did not disappoint. The clam kalguksu was comforting and full of flavour, with sweet, briny clams in a clean, hearty broth. And the seafood pancake? So good. Packed with seafood, and perfectly yummy. Simple, satisfying, and definitely worth coming back for.

4 /5 Sung Young: K foods- home style - they have a good balanced K menu to cater for everyone. I’ve tried clam noodles which is a popular K dish. The noodles & soup were good with little MSG to taste more like mum’s cooking. However it was little salty, and kimchi was very salty. The service was very good and the lady opened the door for me. Decor was cute which would attract many young ladies … This place opened up only a few months ago.

4 /5 Mike Yee: magine going to a noodles restaurant and not getting a single noodles dish. Under the umbrella of the 10,000/"Ten Thousand"/10K Chaebol that owns significant real estate on the East End of Rowe St, this new restaurant venture by the group that made famous injeolmi bread and housemade choco pie has just launched their casual dining and noodle-soup centric endeavour. At 10K noodles, the menu is deceptively small yet plentiful. I say small for what people have come to expect of Korean restaurants – "Do you have BBQ? How about fried chicken? what about bibimbap or hot pots?" Koreans have never been shy to say no and serve what pays the rent. But as our education around these nested migrant cultures continues to grow here in Australia, so does our acceptance of places that offer more focused, specialised menus. In Korean cuisine, Kalguksu is a popular style of handmade – torn, noodle dish thats usually prepared with a clear broth or mild sauce (versus the more popular, spicier, gochujang and kimchi based broths). The top end of the menu features 4 types, followed by highlighted signature sides such as the wagyu beef jeon (pancake) which we ordered, and back ended by main sized sides and higher end takes on traditional rice bowl "bap" dishes. Versus other restaurants doing similar styles of food on the strip, 10Ks point of excelling above the pack is cleanliness, in aesthetic and flavours. Its a flex of quality ingredients and well rounded, organic flavours. Even the salmon bibimbap has a distinct taste of sesame that gives a great mouth feel to the rice especially. Its little things like this that make the simple at 10K both enticing and warranting repeat visits.
