5 /5 Jason Trieu: I see some early reviews saying this is plain but I disagree. Rather this is pretty spot on of home cooking style for Cantonese dishes which emphasises on fresh ingredients and natural flavours. If you want more salt you can add via DIY sauce station which they have a wide variety. The claypot rice is a much try , really underrated for a place that has a focus on steam dishes. Salted chicken is also a must try at this place. Im still working my way through the menu but havent had a bad dish so far. Atmosphere feels like a family run business with a polite auntie serving customers. May be a bit slower but I rather authentic polite service then rude rushed service. Will be back for more. Give it a go!

1 /5 S Aries: This shop doesn’t deserve even one star. Terrible service, terrible drinks, and terrible time management. I ordered a bowl of congee and a Hong Kong milk tea at around 10:20am. The shop wasn’t busy at all. The milk tea arrived about 5 minutes later, but the colour already looked wrong. When I tasted it, it was like milk-flavoured water. I decided to wait for my congee before asking about the milk tea, but the congee never came. By around 10:50am I was still waiting. I had already been patient for half an hour when the shop wasn’t busy pretty much empty. Eventually I saw a staff member (possibly the owner) come out, so I waved to get her attention. She ignored my table and went back inside, probably to check the order. I saw her look at her watch, but she never came out to explain anything. I waited another 5 minutes and still no one came to speak to me. In the end, I left the table without paying for the milk tea. I only took a small sip and it was basically just watered-down milk. It was a very disappointing experience with extremely poor service. If you’re looking for authentic Hong Kong milk tea, go somewhere else. No wonder the shop had no customers.

1 /5 Ru: Disappointing experience. The rice rolls were dry and lacked flavour, far from what we were expecting. The soy bean milk was watery and the milk tea had barely any tea taste at all. Egg tarts were gooey…We only realised afterward that the rice roll place we loved had moved to the other side, this wasn’t the same spot. Lesson learned. Wouldn’t return.
