3 /5 Chantel T: 5th March 2026. We visited here on a recommendation and chose to come in for lunch so we could have either the $36pp option or the full menu.
Parking may be limited, we were lucky to get a 2hr spot right outsdie the door. We were told there is a parking lot nearby though. Unsure if it is wheelchair accessible, i dont recall an elevator and there are alot of stairs to the entrance. It is a cozy venue, and if you have the window seating area it has lovely views of the lake. We thought it would be too hot to sit in this area but the air con keeps you cool. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and lovely to deal with and quick to seat you on arrival. The FOH staff I did see all looked over 25y which was a pleasant bonus as noone was standing around chatting or on phones which was fantastic! (If you are a young wait person and dont do this, then kudos to you!) My review, my opinion.
Husband and I both opted for $36pp lunch menu where you could chose either a meal and dessert OR a meal and beer. Note, the meal, dessert and beer options are from a select menu, it doesnt offer the full menu.
I got the crispy pork belly and biscoff cheesecake. It was very tasty and I did enjoy it very much, but the pork fat hadnt been rendered enough, I just cut it off and enjoyed the rest. Dessert was very dense and heavy but still nice. It could be shared between 2+ imo. Husband had striploin steak and flourless orange cake. His striploin was a bit overcooked but he said he still enjoyed it with the sauce and the dessert was OK but he did like the pistachios on top. We did enjoy our meals and the fact you get 2x options for $36 and there were other meals that were coming out that looked fantastic. I think from the recommendation we were expecting alot more so felt a little disappointed.
Wait times were very good for drinks and meals and staff were great to clear tables as soon as they were aware. I would happily try it again for the full menu.
