Miryang Gukbap - NSW
Jereme Lee Great Korean soups and pancakes.
We got the large pork gukbap ($29). The soup was fantastic as it had a nice clean, creamy and savoury flavour to it. The pork slices and organs were also were all quite tender and flavourful. The condiments provided also helped to elevate the soup. 5/5.
We also got the prawn perilla leaves pancake ($25). This dish was also decent. The perilla leaves had a nice herbal aroma to it, the prawns were springy, and the batter was very crispy. 4.5-5/5.
The banchan were also acceptable.
Overall great Korean food here. Overall ranking: 4.5-5/5.
