Bidjigal Reserve - NSW

Nikita Plumridge Was great. Easy walk that we could take slowly. My 4 boys (6yrs -2yrs) walked the whole thing. A few stairs here and there can be hard for anyone who has trouble with stairs but a good beautiful walk

Castle Hill Heritage Park Reserve - NSW

Sumit Roy We love this place as this is one of the most well-maintained park with proper walkways, boards with historic details, toilets and childrens play area. This is one of the few parks where walkways with appreciable slopes are there which definitely help to burn calories. Also there are picnic areas with barbecue and decent sitting places. Suggestion; one area specifically requires more attention As we couldnt find any bins to throw our garbage.

Alfred Henry Whaling Memorial Reserve - NSW

Nina Harris Beautiful displays of roses. Well laid out garden beds. Besides ensuring all roses have name plates, my only suggestion to improve the experience - specifically for anyone in a wheelchair- would be to install a small ramp from the upper carpark to the access path to save wheelchair users and their enablers the last steep push to street level when exiting the gardens. If there is an allocated disabled parking area maybe signpost it in all the carparks so we find the most accessible parking.

Dharshini Rodrigo Well maintained park, really love going here. Be great if there were public toilets, so that birthday parties could be held here.

Sydney Zoo - NSW

Alexander Kwong A very fun and cute zoo to go to. The kids absolutely loved the motion activated dinosaurs in the park, along with the kangaroo and emu feeding experience. And the photo opportunity with the koalas was a nice family picture. Lots of Australian native animals here in the zoo and it was so great to see them all. Highly recommend taking kids here to experience.

Ted Horwood Reserve - NSW

Shian Cooray Amazing bushwalk. We started near the tennis courts and crossed Renown road. Walked along Darling Mills Creek up to the M2. Then walked along Stevenson Creek up to Reserve road and back to Baulkham Hills sports club. It is difficult to believe the existence of such a beautiful bushwalk so close to built up areas. There are a few rough areas so you have to be reasonably fit to attempt this bushwalk.

Erlestoke Park - NSW

Min Jun Cho One of the best parks in Castle Hill with a very good basketball court with a smooth floor apart from the double rims. One of the rims were donated a chain net from the basketball community which was nice to see. The grass and playground are very nice. There is a long path surrounding the park for walks and there are many benches to sit at and relax. There are multiple entrances to the park which is also convenient.
