I called in the morning to see if there was an appointment available, and because I just wanted an all over semi with no bleaching etc, I was given a same day appointment. From the moment I arrived, all staff were absolutely lovely - very warm and welcoming, in a beautiful, relaxing salon. I was offered tea, coffee or wine, so I opted for a white wine and cheese platter - YUM! My stylist listened to me, and I immediately trusted her because she was obviously very professional and cared about my happiness with the outcome. I can honestly say its the happiest Ive ever been with the results. I cannot recommend Glow highly enough - Ive found my hair home!

Ive had troubles in the past with artists not executing the look I was after, but she listened to my requests and together we chatted through options. She gave me a lovely, airy cut, with loads of layers so that I can wear my natural curls with more body but also be able to wear my hair smoother. She was open to suggestions, but also a true profession, offering great insight and value where it was needed. The salon is beautiful and warm, and I look forward to returning
