1 /5 Rodna Janeva: I have been here a few times and each time Ive experienced the same rude lady that seems to hate her job and the world. My last visit I walked in and there was no one in the shop. She said she couldnt do an eyebrow thread because she was waiting on someone to turn up soon for appointment?? This was not the first time she has sent me away without any customer in the shop. This time I decided it would be the last...appalling customer service and the threading isnt that fab either.

1 /5 Soph W: My lashes are awful. Im a regular lash lifter/tinter, and this would have to be the worst out come Ive ever had. Which makes me sad because the lady that did it was so nice, just the result is not okay and needs to be addressed.... My lashes have gone frizzy and theyve literally broken off... it took me SO long to grow them and a wrong choice in salon has now resulted in me having burnt off lashes... I dont think the solution used was correct... when she took it off my lashes, it actually burned my skin after being in contact with it for milliseconds. I have a burn patch on my eyelid still. Also, I paid for a "tint" and I honestly think she just put waterproof mascara on... I felt the mascara brush... I was instructed to not wet them for 24 hours, so i did as i was told, and then next morning I woke up with black panda eyes, like id gone to bed with mascara on... I washed my face, still avoiding the eye area as it hadnt be 24 hours yet, then later in the day, i looked in the mirror and had panda eyes again!!! Then, I finally decided to wash my eyes and all the black disappeared lol. Definitely mascara... Avoid. DO YOUR RESEARCH. READ REVIEWS BEFORE TRUSTING THESE SALONS. Some are great, and some simply shouldnt be in business.

5 /5 Claresta Collins: My daughter and I both needed to get our brows done for a wedding, and Sri was very patient & accommodating as it was my daughters first threading and brow tint experience. She made us both feel welcome and making sure we are comfortable. I got my brows laminated and oh my… the result was outstanding! My daughter also loves her new brows, and I am very happy with the way my brows look as it’s very hard for my brows to stay up from previous lamination services (stubborn Asian brows for context). Thanks Sri for your excellent work, we will definitely be returning to see you!

5 /5 Emily Morton: Exquisite brows in Miranda is the only place I go to get my eyebrows waxed. Out of all the places in Miranda they are definitely the best. Nika has done my brows perfectly for a couple years now and is the only one I trust to touch them. Highly recommend!
