1 /5 Sally: The haircut was done in a rush, possibly the quickest and most careless haircut I ever had. The lady refused to cut more even after I requested twice and told me “I won’t be able to manage at home”. The whole family couldn’t even tell I had a haircut!!! Never going back and NOT recommend at all. Careless attitude is even worse than the bad cutting.

1 /5 Jade Lynn: I went to this salon to have my long hair cut and permed, the hairdresser did not speak much English so there was virtually no communication, initially I thought he was just going to wash my hair and someone else would do the rest (I would have preferred a woman hairdresser), but he kept going, by then I thought it would be rude to ask for someone else. The problem was that he was also attending to other customers during my job and seemed to have totally forgotten about me at times, so I had to wait between procedures for a very long time not knowing when he would come back to me, eventually I had to call out to get his attention. The job took 3 hours which was longer than my previous experiences, and it costed me $350! My hair was so poorly done I looked exactly the same as before the job. I previously had OK but inconsistent experiences here, but after this very expensive mistake I will never return.

1 /5 Ginger Ninja: Got a haircut there a while ago that I was not happy with. Proceeded to the counter to pay and was pointed towards the commonwealth atm right across the street literally forced into taking cash out for a $70+ hair cut. Definitely will not visit again. Had hair done a couple of times previously but the last time really put me off.

1 /5 Ruoqi Lin: Feeling terrible, I pay $35 dollar for wash hair. The staff only use 10 minutes to finish wash my long hair，not careful washing, i feel my hair are still not clean, and my head still itch. I would not come back again.

1 /5 J.J: Rude staff with a impatient attitude! Got my hair washed/ blow dry and fringe trim, the guy that washed my hair got soap and water all in my eyes and face, I have long thick hair but he only took about 5 minutes to wash my hair after it still felt unwashed. I only asked if they do fringe perms they rudely stated talking to one another in Korean and ignored what I said, I asked again and the lady rudely said “That’s what you want?!“ with a attitude she ended up giving me a price of $60 - $80. I just ended getting the fringe trim and the lady that cut my fringe was so rough tugging and pulling my hair and did the opposite to what I asked for and just did what she thought was nice. It ended up being quite uneven. I was so unhappy at this point I no longer wanted to stay I will never come back here again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY.
