1 /5 Jade Lynn: I went to this salon to have my long hair cut and permed, the hairdresser did not speak much English so there was virtually no communication, initially I thought he was just going to wash my hair and someone else would do the rest (I would have preferred a woman hairdresser), but he kept going, by then I thought it would be rude to ask for someone else. The problem was that he was also attending to other customers during my job and seemed to have totally forgotten about me at times, so I had to wait between procedures for a very long time not knowing when he would come back to me, eventually I had to call out to get his attention. The job took 3 hours which was longer than my previous experiences, and it costed me $350! My hair was so poorly done I looked exactly the same as before the job.
I previously had OK but inconsistent experiences here, but after this very expensive mistake I will never return.
