1 /5 EL.P_2022: I went in today to get my roots touched up. Have walked passed many times and the prices seemed very reasonable so I thought I’d give it a go and treat myself to a blowdry at the same time. The colour was matched well however they were so busy I had to remind them my hair had been in for too long. The junior team member who washed my hair left so much dye in my scalp and gave me a TERRIBLE blow dry that I came home and washed my hair. On mentioning my issues with the manager she offered to redo it however I’d already been in there so long that I needed to go. She proceeded to charge me full price. I believe with proper supervision this could have been avoided and I do believe they’re a team member down. I do wish I’d read the reviews before going in. I hope others have a better experience.

1 /5 Dr Anum: Worst and rude staff ever especially their manager Nat. I just had service an hour ago. I went with dark brown dye hair to change it to dark golden and they gave me this black colour. I confirmed it with nearby two salons us it dark golden because it was a claim of that unprofessional salon to check with other salon it is dark golden level 4 color. They all said if you would have come to is prior we would have said not to go to them as they have worst customer service and they do it to customers every day. I wish I could give -1 to them. Shame on you guys such a liar you are

1 /5 Alyssa Rourke: Worst experience ever. Asked for blonde highlights (showed pictures) and came home with blue hair. They’d left the toner in for far too long. Had to race to another (reliable) salon the following day and the hairdressers there were horrified. Huge clumps of hair were light (the foils were done horrifically, starting 1-2cm from the scalp) and I had light brown spots all through my hair. The hairdresser was very unprofessional, talking and joking the whole time and clearly not concentrating. Took over a MONTH for the owner to finally pay me back after 10+ phone calls with the salon. Was honestly so stressful and ridiculous. These photos don’t even begin to capture the poor job done on my hair. 100% would not recommend!!!!

1 /5 Chloe Gupta: The first time i went here they did a super quick beautiful blow dry, treatment, and curls that lasted a week. Today, I went back to salon not only did it take 1 hour and 40 minutes just do a wash, treatment (which is max meant to stay in hair for 15 minutes), and a blow dry. Im extremely disappointed by the service. I was waiting at the basin with the treatment on for a long time while they tended to customers who came AFTER me. As well I was left sitting in the hair with dripping wet hair while the lady washed another customers hair. This is very poor service it should not take this long to do something so simple. Also, I am 99% sure they overcharged me by $10 but I didnt say anything at the time as I was already frustrated for being in the salon for so long. I was charged $75 for the same stuff I did today last week. It should have been $45 for blow dry, extra $15 for curls, and another $15 for treatment which is $75 but I was charged $85. I should have been given a discount due to the very poor service. Also, last time the lady who did the curls did an amazing job. But my hair today (done by someone different) looks terrible and the curls dropped so quickly and honestly I can do a better job but obviously its nicer for someone else to do it. I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.

1 /5 Val Santos: Poor customer service. False advertisement. Priced advertised is just to make you come. Staff member on picture insisted to avail of higher priced packages. She doesn’t want to service the choice you wanted from the list. If you don’t want to accept their uselling, they will not service you. Or at least this lady on photo will refuse.
