Kerri Allan Went to Lou before leaving Sydney to refresh a blonde I wasn’t fully happy with from elsewhere. She took so much time to listen to my concerns about my hair shedding and gave me a lot of information and recommendations around hair health. My blonde was bright and exactly what I asked for while still feeling natural! Never felt rushed and Louise was so lovely to chat away to! She also was kind enough to take time afterwards to send me a list of product recommendations and what to ask for next time… I’m just sad that I could only go once and can’t go back again now that I have moved away!
