NyaaKoneko Di is the best beautician. She does my eyebrows so perfectly. She listens to my exact needs and provides a superb service. I am beyond happy with her. Waxing. Japanese head spa. Eyebrow tinting and shaping. She is the best. She is also very enjoyable to talk with. Caring kind compassionate and fun. A lovely person to be around. She will suit your needs. If you dont want to talk she will stay quiet. If you want a conversation she will talk. Suitable for all personality types. Understanding and experienced and happy to provide above and beyond. Katherine Terrible experience. The therapist moved between me and multiple others without cleaning her hands in between. The lash lamination was terrible it did nothing except make a few hairs constantly stick up (despite following all instructions). I tried to contact the business to ask them to resolve and they said they would call and never did. Not surprised though from how terrible my service was in store. I get my brows done a lot (look at my positive reviews) so know how they should be. I wish I hasn’t wasted my time here as now I need to lodge the issue with fair trading to protect others
