1 /5 Heyy Ssi: Customer service is completely unfriendly They didnt even take care of my toes. They asked me to pay $30… Which was unfair, I decided to get a pedicure there, and I was removing my existing foot nails, but the staff disappeared while removing it. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I asked the staff who was serving other customers because I wanted to know the situation. She said that I have to wait to 5 more minutes and I couldnt understand, because at that time there was only another customer with me and there were 2 staff, and the other customer came after I came and was finishing the management before me…. That woman was also getting a pedicure, and the person in her 50s or older who took care of my toes rubbed my toe skin and hurt it when I erased my toenails, and the female employee who looked like she was in her 30s and 40s ended up after another customer. ,she asked me what color, and when I told her that I had already told the another staff, and then she frowned and asked me to repeat what color I wanted, so I just said I would pay and go. And when I asked how much, she said to pay $30. My foot condition ended like this (I attached a picture), and when I asked why $30, foot massage? She said it was because he was sitting in a massage chair. I still cant forget the look on her face, I never wants to go there again!! Never ever!!

1 /5 Sezzy Heff: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I paid for a full set and a pedi. the pedi was the worst experience ever and done by a man with no experience - there was no massage, no exfoliating, hygiene was a 1/10 and there is nail pain around the nail gahhhh!! that opinion doesn’t change for my nails either. They’re so uneven I can’t even express how upset I am!!!!!

1 /5 Amber Jaber: Will never recommend this place to anyone. I have been doing my nails for years now and I have never been to a Solon as bad as this one, service was terrible they were running around trying to do multiple peoples nails at once. When I mentioned my nail was on a angle I was told “it’s cause your finger is fat it do like that” never have I felt so uncomfortable in a salon before and to top it all off I was forced to pay cash and wasn’t allowed to pay with my card was told to go get cash out from up the street. And what makes the situation worse my nails all popped off and lifted after 4days they were so thin that they legit just fell off… never will go back and I don’t recommend anyone to go there.
