1 /5 Meg Silva: Just had the worst experience getting my brows done by the lady with Cupid tattoos. She has taken off the top of my eyebrow…..I was not given a mirror to check them after. I also was not given any aloe on my brows or offered any trimming. She was in a foul mood complaining yo her colleague and she seemed to have taken it out on me. Can’t believe I paid for this service.

1 /5 Talita Magalhães: I’m extremely disappointed with my eyebrows, After wait 20 minutes , for a job that took 4 minutes to be done, As soon as I enter at the room the lady was rude because she said “I told you number two not number one”, I could see that she had no patience, also she said that her day was very busy, okay I understand that we all have busy days, but doesn’t give the right to hurt someone physically, As soon as I left I felt my eyes very sore and swollen, as I looked to the mirror I saw a permanent scar on my face, clearly she wasn’t in the mood and did in proposal, because the spot that she hurt, doesn’t have even hair on it, People that works as esthetician they should realize that they are working with people self esteem , from now on I will look my face in the mirror and remember this place forever, as the place that put a scar on my face, simply for the fact that the lady wasn’t in the mood. I’m still crying and with my heart crashed. I didn’t have courage to come back because does not worth it, she won’t put my skin back on my face. I will definitely never ever ever ever go back at this awful place. This happened at Miranda store. And I will not even say anything about the weekend before that o paid 70 dollars to get shellac on my nail and they last for 2 days. Extremely ridiculous place.

5 /5 Mary Psarros: I have been going to Leah’s Waxworks in Westfield Miranda for the past 3 months to have my eyebrows threaded and tinted, was recommended to Shandi and have had the most amazing experience since. She is extremely meticulous with my brows and takes the time to make them look perfect!! I felt comfortable straight away when meeting her as she is friendly, skilful and very professional. I highly recommend Shandi, the only downfall is that it’s a struggle to make an appointment with her as she doesn’t have regular and consistent days at the Miranda salon, but is most definitely worth the try!!!
