1 /5 Bianca Brown: This place ruined my hair. The experience was horrific and the treatment BURNT my scalp. The next day I had to wash my hair because I hated the styling so much and experienced an aura migraine from the treatment. The guy who cut my hair is in the wrong profession and this company should not been in business. I have been to many hairdressers in Sydney and have friends who are hairdressers, this is an experience I will never forget.

1 /5 Yvette White: I had my eyebrows tattooed by Sarah and very unhappy. I was led to believe that she was an expert at feather tattooing, but not... I was n the chair for a long time and near completion I asked her to stop as in agony and she told me to shut up! The brows looked nothing like what I have seen in photos. Prior to initial consultation I was told I come back a few weeks after tattooing to get any gaps filled in so when I went to see Sara she ignored my concerns and said she could potentially do it when she has a student on a Sunday. Btw. I never received the call. She then said she would thread my brows, penciled them in more and got one of her staff to take a photo and put onto her Facebook page that I loved my brow tattooing! Oh and she charged for the threading. There are plenty more highly skilled tattooists out there that also honor the full commitment.

1 /5 L C: Absolute WORST experience Ive ever had in a salon. The website depicts a professional company with up to date skills and abilities. Fair to say the salon is not commensurate with the website. The state of the salon and the appearance of the employees (with the exception of William) was horrendous and if I didnt have a wedding to get to I wouldve walked out. The air-conditioning didnt work and it was a 42 degree day! The woman, who I believe was the manager/owner, has no idea how to manage a business, or treat her staff or customers. There were 2 cases of incorrectly booked appointments while we were there - which were obviously blamed on the customer. I had an eyelash tint for which the tint was mixed a good 10 minutes before application. Even I know that tint only activates for a certain amount of time. It is difficult to believe this woman also does cosmetic procedures - in an open door room at the back of the hair salon, no less. Not to mention there is no evidence of any qualifications or certifications for any procedures, including hairdressing. William appears to be the only employee anywhere close to being a qualified hairdresser and who seemed to have any clue of what he was doing. He had to re-do my style after the female hair dresser completely botched a beach look blow wave/messy GHD curls, despite me repeatedly showing her a picture of what I wanted and pointing out that her finished product was nothing like the picture, only to be told the curls will drop and have her just run her fingers through my hair in an attempt to replicate the picture. She then attempted GHD curls in my friends hair and made a complete mess of this as well - so bad, my friend ended up doing it herself! We both had to re-do our make up as well! Plus I spent an hour longer in this horrible place than I wanted too. Ive never left a review before but felt compelled to do so as I couldnt bear for anyone else to have a similar experience. If you expect good service and a good outcome, DO NOT GO HERE.

5 /5 Tegan Barwick: I came here after trying to DIY balayage my hair at home and making a mess of it. They managed to save my hideous looking hair and turn it into a professional looking balayage. Its also grown our really well which is a bonus!

2 /5 Carrie Jewitt: Thanks to a stylist at this salon, I have experienced a total hair catastrophe. After asking for a trim with long layers and side sweeping fringe, the stylist preceded to chop up my hair into short chunky pieces above my ears, and create an uneven fringe that started at the middle of my crown. I was horrified as the stylist who obviously didnt know what he was doing, continued to cut my hair shorter and shorter, attempting to correct his obvious mistakes. In the end I was left with an 80s looking rocker style with puffy fringe, short layers above my ears in the front, and long pieces in the back. To top it all off, the stylist was incredibly rude telling me that my hair was too damaged and difficult to cut. Although the manager offered a complete refund, I still had to pay $70 at another salon to have it fixed. The staff at the other salon were horrified at how badly my hair had been cut, and were forced to cut it even shorter into a short bob to fix it. I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone, and I hope that no one else has the misfortune of having this man cut their hair.
