5 /5 Danielle Chartres: When I moved to the Coast 2 years ago, a friend recommended I contact the owner Claire for a nail appointment, & she did not disappoint. Not only do I walk out with fab nails every few weeks, I genuinely enjoy myself each time. All the technicians are lovely, caring, professional women. Each visit, I am happy to have my nails done with whoever is available. Claire & her gorgeous team have cleverly created an environment where all technicians & clients can chat as a group, which often happens when I’m there. Great nails & a lovely social outing with great female energy! What’s not to love!

3 /5 Simone Chandler: Amazing nails and design art, also a beautiful space, but my only concern is the service. I was rather disappointed and I really hate to say this. I wasn’t greeted when I arrived for my 9am and basically brushed off by the girls. Throughout my appointment she spoke maybe 5 words MAX to me and almost seemed bothered with my nail choice?? Then at the conclusion of my appointment she accidentally overcharged me (didn’t apologise) and when I noticed and brought it up, she was rather passive aggressive and rude in her attempt to fix it. My appointment also felt extremely rushed and more care definitely could have been taken. Again, beautiful space and maybe it was just a bad day but just wasn’t happy with my service.
