1 /5 El le: The lash extensions here are very bad. Do not attend for this service. I agree with the other reviews: the application process was painful, very hard lashes, not evenly applied on each eye, some stick into your eyeball, creating irritation.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service, I first purchased product on GROUPON but now have become one of her regular customer.

1 /5 Shi Lulu “Katelu”: I did my lash there two weeks ago, with out any explanation, she put some very hard extensions for me, it was very uncomfortable, I thought that how its felt when you have your lash extensions. However I checked other peoples comments on line, thats not the right feeling. So I went back to the shop yesterday, ask the lady to remove my old extensions, and put some softer ones on. And I paid $20 for the removal. The new ones, quite soft, but you can bearly see them, need to put mascara. And I showed her the photo, I want to nature look(longer lashes at the ends of the eys) she did perfect on my right eyes, but very bad on the left side. I need to go back to her, let her fix it for me.

I went to get eyelush extension done today. r was late for appointment due to groceries shopping. she was taking 8 phone calls while she putting the lushes on for me.so unprofessional！and during process and after , my eyes feel sooo sting. when i Finally can open my eyes properly to see the work, all i can see is the quality of lushes is so bad, looks like two plastic sticks are hanging on my own lushes. Never come back. I dont recommend this shop to anyone. But the owner is quiet friendly.
