1 /5 Isabel Martinez: I had the worst experience with the staff. The girls speak in their own language, which is not a problem, but it gets to a point where it’s uncomfortable because you don’t know if they’re talking about you. The staff literally walks over you without asking for permission or saying excuse me. I had a large suitcase with me because I had just come from class and had my laptop, and one of the employees didn’t care at all and almost knocked my suitcase to the floor.
On another note, I had both a pedicure and a manicure done. They made me bleed, and the gel nails were poorly done with lumps. When they made me bleed, they didn’t even treat the wound—they just put some alcohol on it. It wasn’t infected, but it stung badly and wouldn’t stop bleeding, and they didn’t care. There’s absolutely no customer service, and on top of that, it’s very expensive for such poor-quality service
